I bought Remove Ads but I still see ads
Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases. That re-checks your purchase with Apple and turns ads off again. This is also what to do after reinstalling the app or setting up a new iPhone. Rewarded ads stay available on purpose, since watching one is always your choice.
My purchase did not go through
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so nothing is charged unless Apple confirms it. If you were charged and did not receive the revives, tap Restore Purchases first, then email the address above with the date of the purchase. Refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My scores are not on the leaderboard
Leaderboards need Game Center. Open Settings, tap Game Center, and sign in. Scores earned before signing in stay saved on your device but are not sent to Apple retroactively.
Where did my revives go?
Revives are shared across all five games, so one spent in Snake is gone in Minesweeper too. You can earn more with coins, watch a rewarded ad for one, keep a daily challenge streak going, or buy a pack in the Shop. There is a limit of three revives per run, which keeps a single run from going forever.
What is the daily challenge?
One challenge a day, the same for everyone, on a game that rotates. Finishing it pays coins, and consecutive days build a streak that earns free revives. It resets at midnight in your device's time zone.
I lost my progress
Progress is stored only on your iPhone, so deleting the app erases scores, coins and revives permanently. Purchases are the exception: Restore Purchases brings back Remove Ads on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
The sound is not working
Pocket Carts respects the silent switch, so flipping it off enables sound effects. Sound can also be toggled inside the app. Game audio is designed to sit alongside music you are already playing rather than interrupt it.
